SENIORS EXERCISE PROGRAMS - FALL 2020
Southdale Community Centre is committed to offering programs to the community as part of our phased reopening. It is important for our Southdale Seniors members to be able to stay active in these times and we will only offer programs under strict guidelines to maintain a safe environment for all participants.
Exercise programs will resume September 21, 2020. Pre-registration is required for most programs by emailing ga@southdale.ca or leaving a message at 204 257-6171 ext. 201.
